We are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us on our terrific journey, and help build on our success. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the role will involve supporting and growing our UK presence.
The role can be home-based but will require regular visits to the Global Headquarters in Northampton and travel will be required nationally and potentially internationally. The role will cover Scotland and the ideal candidate will be located in the central belt of Scotland.
Duties will include:
- Day to Day contact with Gtechniq Platinum customers at Dealer level – Platinum is our car dealership product range
- Deliver technical practical training, presentations and demonstrations of Gtechniq products
- Manage external detailing companies who provide detailing services to our Platinum clients
- Manage and develop the allocated accounts within the UK network of Gtechniq Accredited detailers
- Identify initiatives that promote long-term growth
- Support key accounts and develop long-term, positive partner relations
- Provide market, product information, and competitor feedback
- Represent the company at conferences and events, as require
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Minimum 2 years demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Strong history of delivering training and demonstrations to a varied audience
- Experience of working in or with car dealerships
- A strong understanding of the detailing industry with hands-on detailing experience
- A track record in delivering business development or sales
- Be a great self-starter, be proactive and handle uncertainty
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to new challenges
- A good degree of IT literacy
